It is one of the most famous types of Indian curries and is cooked all over the world.This irresistible aromatic dish is easy to cook and serve as a breakfast in a restaurant and Dhabas. Kadai Paneer can enjoy roti / chapati, plain paratha naan or aromatic rice with Jeera rice or Pulao.
This plate gets its name from Kadai, an Indian wok, which is essential for Indian cooking and cottage cheese.

Paneer is the main ingredient on this plate. Paneer or Indian cottage cheese is a fresh southern kitchen. Even the food chains known as McDonalds India, Subway, Pizza Hut, Dominos have adapted their menus to include Paneer special items as the main ingredient. Paneer is used to make different tastes in Indian cuisine and Kadai Paneer is the most popular of them.

Kadai drink can be made in different ways. You can make a dry / semi-dry version for serving with bread. You can cook it with rice, if you want to serve it with rice dish. This recipe is for Kadai Pan's GRAVY version.

Ingredients for kadai  Gravy paneer Recipe

250 grams of paneer (Indian cottage cheese) cubed
2 medium sized onions
4-5 large tomatoes
1 medium sized green belly pepper / capsicum
2 green sugar
~ 2 inch ginger, grated
Garlic 5-6 cloves
1/2 cup cream
1 tablespoon powder (coriander powder)
2 teaspoons of red sugar powder
1/2 teaspoon hot spices
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder (green)
2 teaspoons Kasuri Methi (dry leaves of dry leaves)
2 teaspoon salt, or taste
1/2 cup fried brace

Step By Step Instructions for Kadai Paneer Gravy Recipe

1.Hot ghee / butter or oil is a pine (wok) or a pan. Paste ginger, garlic and green  pepper. Add them to pan and fries for a minute.

2.Cut off well or make a mash of pans and add them to the pan. Fry them for 4-5 minute until they become translucent or golden brown.
3.Make a puree of tomatoes and add them to the pan. When the tomatoes go to raw aroma, cook the mixture for 5-6 minutes.
4.Add Dhania Powder, Turmeric Powder (Haldi), Red Chili Powder and Garam Masala to the gravy.
5.Cut slices or capsicums. Add to their gravy and cook for 2-3 minutes.
6.According to the taste, add 3/4 cup water to adjust the consistency along with salt. Then add 1/2 cup cream to the gravy.
7.Add Dry Cashew Fryer. Then add the paneer cubes and cook for 2-3 minutes.

8.Add coriander leaves to garnish.and the gravy  is ready, serve it hot with Roti or Naan .
