One of the most popular panda recipe in Indian cuisine is undoubtedly Paneer Butter Masala.
 It is the perfect combination of different spices that are combined with tomato, pancake cheese,
sour cream with creamy fragrant amber. It's a nice and delicious choice for different special events,
parties and all kinds of families. Just a drop of frozen lemon or lime juice will end with the taste and
aroma of this colorful meal.


Paneer butter masala is essentially one of the simplest yet satiating Indian accompaniment made
using dollops of fresh cream, paneer and spices. This paneer recipe can be easily made at home
and the result is quite rewarding. Out of all the paneer recipes, this paneer sabji is our favourite and
the best part is that it is super easy to make as well.


Paneer Butter Masala is ideal for cooking bread with different types such as Naan, Chapati, Tandoori
Roti, Paratha or Jeera rice or Veg Pulao  definitely worth trying.


INGREDIENTS FOR MASALA PANEER MASALA


1.1 cup Pantee (Indian cheese), diced
2.4 tablespoons butter, cubes
3.5 medium tomato, rounded
4.1 green hot pepper, cut into 1-inch thick pieces
5.1 tablespoon of green ginger
6.8 cloves of garlic, peeled
7.2 cinnamon sticks about 1 inch long
8.½ cup of sour cream
9. 2 hours L. Coriander seeds
10. 2 hours L. Red pepper chili
11.2 tsp. dusty mass storage
12.1 tsp. Salt


How to make Paneer Butter Masala Step by Step

1.Heat 1 tablespoon butter and 1 tbsp oil in a pan.
2.Once the butter is hot, add cloves, black cardamom and green cardamom.
   Fry for a few seconds.
3.Add onion and saute for 2-3 minutes.
4.Add chopped tomato, ginger, garlic and green chilli and cook for 2-3 minutes.
5.Now add cashew nuts and cook for another minute.
6.Grind the onion tomato mixture in a grinder to make a smooth paste.
7.Heat the remaining 3 tbsp butter in the same pan
8.Add the ground masala in the pan. Add coriander powder, turmeric powder,
   Kashmiri red chilli powder, tomato puree and salt.
9.Now add paneer cubes and cook for 3-4 minutes. Add more water if required.
10.Add garam masala powder, fresh cream, honey and kasuri methi. Cook for
another minute.
